My name is Kevin. My life changed when I realized that healthy living is truly a lifelong journey, mainly won by having a well-balanced diet and enjoying adequate exercise. By experimenting in the kitchen and openly sharing my meals, I learned that healthy eating is hardly boring and that by making a few adjustments, I could design a diet that could help me achieve my personal fitness goals. Our bodies are built in the kitchen and sculpted in the gym.

New year, brand new you, right?  Only if you commit to those goals!

The reality is, you don’t need “January 1st” to make a change.  You can begin ANY time.  The only requirements are a firm decision and your unwavering commitment.

Here’s a “healthy habits” challenge calendar to help you make choices that will push you closer to your fitness and wellness goals. Whether you’re advanced or just beginning your healthy living journey, there’s something here for you.



  1. Print this calendar out (or import the challenges to your phone).
  2. Place it on your fridge or in your office – wherever you need a reminder! Tip: You can even schedule reminders on your phone for each day’s challenge(s).
  3. Participate. The more you put in, the more you get out. It’s simple!
