- 1/3 Haas avocado
- 2 tbsp pico de gallo
- handful spinach
- 2 tbsp black beans
- 2 tbsp corn
- Seasonings for chicken: Bragg’s Liquid Aminos (or sea salt), Mrs. Dash Chipotle
